Below is the official Feline Purchase Contract outlining the responsibilities and terms agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller. Please review the details thoroughly before completing your purchase.
This Feline Purchase Contract (this “Contract”), between the Buyer and Seller identified on the signature page below, is effective as of October 10, 2020 (the “Effective Date”). Buyer and Seller are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
Seller agrees to sell to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller, the feline described below (the “Feline”):
The Buyer agrees to pay Seller the following purchase price ("Price") on the dates specified:

The deposit is non-refundable unless Seller fails to deliver the Feline on time...
Payment shall be made by Zelle or PayPal. Buyer will send payment confirmations and Seller will acknowledge receipt before releasing the Feline.
Shipping arrangements will be agreed upon by both Parties. Ownership and risk transfer to Buyer upon delivery.
◻ Feline is being sold with breeding rights. Buyer agrees to restrictions including:
Seller will provide original pedigree documents and all required transport paperwork by the Delivery Date.
Feline will be vaccinated and have a veterinary passport. As of Delivery, Feline will test negative for HCM, SMA, and PK Def.
Buyer may request a replacement if Feline is diagnosed within 10 days with serious health conditions, provided strict documentation and timing are followed.
No cash refunds will be issued for any reason.
Buyer must receive Seller’s written approval before reselling the Feline.
Seller may use Feline’s photos and information for marketing and promotional purposes.
This document represents the full agreement. Electronic copies and signatures are legally binding.
